How We Support Our Team
- Suite of Professional Resources: We provide a comprehensive suite of resources to support our realtors in achieving their goals. From marketing strategy to legal counsel, our team is designed to facilitate success in both commercial and residential transactions. Realtors have access to lead generation tools, research support, mentorship programs, transaction assistance, and much more.
- Professional Branding & Marketing Support: BluEdge retains a marketing consultant that holds a monthly meeting with realtors to share new ideas and take on feedback. Our brand guidelines that have been developed in consultation with our marketing consultant will help you take your personal marketing and social media to the next level.
- Regular Leads: BluEdge has partnered with Cinc and Realtor.com to offer agents access to hundreds of residential leads available to those who opt into the program. Our team provides regular Cinc training sessions, supplemented by Cinc’s own training, to optimize lead conversion rates and ensure you derive maximum benefit.
- Predictive Index: BluEdge subscribes to the Predictive Index talent optimization software, enabling us to assist you in reaching your full potential and surpassing your professional goals. This subscription includes personality tests and tailored development plans to empower you to maximize your performance and success.
- Co-Star: We also maintain a house subscription to Costar, which can be utilized by any BluEdge realtor if needed.
- Commercial & Residential Research Analyst & Transaction Coordinators: Our realtors have the option to leverage a dedicated research analyst and transaction coordinators as extended team members, particularly for complex deals. Our research analysts specialize in zoning, land use, and property owner identification. Transaction coordinators support our realtors by assisting with marketing collateral and presentation preparation and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of transactions, allowing you to spend more time with your clients and less time behind a computer screen.
